Hi my name is Gertrude but you can call me Gerti for short. It's believed that I was born around May of 2022 and am some kind of Terrier mix. I have the Terrier wire type hair and the Terrier face, but my body is very long so maybe I have some Dachshund  in me too? I am a small sized girl...about 17 lbs. I am a spunky little girl, full of energy. I get along great with dogs of all sizes. I love to play and try to get the other dogs to chase me. I love food too and will do anything for a treat. Since I am young and have a lot of energy I will need a family that can help me use it in a good way. I will need lots of play time, exercise, and structure. I am crate trained and doing good with my potty training. It might take me a little bit to warm up to new people, but once I do I will be your very best friend. I love to snuggle on a lap when I'm ready for a nap. I will do best in a home with another playful pup.
