DFW Pup Patrol Rescue PreAdoption Application

Minimum qualifications to adopt a pet:

1. ​Must be 25 years or older
2. Must have identification showing present address
3. Must have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in the household
4. Must receive proof of pet deposit and lease allowing pets if renting
5. Must be able and willing to spend the time, patience, and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment, prevention, and responsible care for a pup
6. Home residences MUST have a secure fence

Please understand our goal is to find the best match between a family and a pup; therefore, if we feel a particular pup and applicant are NOT the best match, we retain the option to deny this application based on that alone.  We appreciate your understanding.  Please note this pup may have other applications that are currently being reviewed by DFW Pup Patrol Rescue.
