Meme Roux was saved from a high-kill shelter just days away from euthanasia. She is a shy girl who we believe was not treated very nicely in her previous home and is learning how to just be a dog without being "in trouble" for everything she does. She loves people and will lean against you for some loving. She can be nervous with new dogs at first, but with a proper introduction she is fine and is learning how to play. We believe Meme Roux is approximately 1 year old and weighs 70 lbs (she could stand to gain a few pounds.) She is a gorgeous red color and has some characteristics of a Rhodesian Ridgeback breed.

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $225, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
