Hi everyone, my name is Murphy and they estimate I was born somewhere around Oct, 2013 and I weigh about 17 lbs. They say I'm probably a Border Terrier mix pup.  You see I was found on the street as a stray and was taken in by a very nice lady.  My owners either didn't want me and just left me or they couldn't be found, yea, it was pretty scary!  But what's a pup to do!  At least now I am safe, loved, and happy, but I am looking for a new furever family I can call my own!

I am a young pup and love to play, mostly in the morning after I wake up.  I also really enjoy chew toys.  I am very docile and my foster mom says I have a great temperament for being an inside dog.  I love people and get along great with other dogs.  I'm pretty versatile when it comes to napping arrangements; I'll get comfy on the couch or in a doggie bed.  At night though I prefer to sleep on the end of the bed.  I can spend time in a small area or crate also if necessary, but I might bark to get out and play or just to be with you.  If I really can't have just a small spot on the end of the bed with you I'm sure with a little time and patience I can learn the other choice :)

Oh yea, I'm doing well with potty training.  My foster mom takes me on walks, which I enjoy, and for now she lets me out frequently to potty.

Maybe you can come meet me.  I'm very sweet, easy to love, and I will love you back!!
