Maddie is a very sweet, little, approximately 1 year old Chihauhau that was rescued from a high-kill shelter.  She is all of 4 pounds.  She gets along great with her foster brother pups, but is a little scared of the kitties.  She is already crate-trained and is coming along nicely with her house-training.  Maddie can be a little timid around new people, but her foster Mom has been taking her on outings where she can meet nice people that give her treats, so she is getting better with that every day.  She absolutely loves to cuddle and be carried around like the little princess she is.  Maddie is working on basic obedience and leash training, and is a very quick learner.
