Hi, my name is Cricket and I am around 7-8 weeks old as of 06/15/13.  I weigh a whole whopping 2 lbs and they think I am a chi/schnauzer terrier mix!  I have just a little nub for a tail. I have had my first and second rounds of puppy shots so far and will be ready for adoption real soon.   Don't I look just stunning in PINK!?!?

I am a great lap puppy or playing puppy.  Guess since I am kind of the DEVA type here I can go either way!  I love to play with other pups and even bigger dogs.  I am working on my manners with the potty and crate training.  Right now it is so hard to learn as there are so many new things for me to find, explore and play with!  I do sleep in my crate all night along with my favorite stuffed bear.  I have been told I am the quieter type of puppy.  I only bark when I get excited from playing or seeing my person. I love following my person around just to see what they are doing!  Gosh, I sure don't want to miss out on anything.

I also love to go on short walks with my harness on!  I picked up walking with a lead pretty fast so my foster mom thinks I am a fast learner!!  She loves it when I get excited about playing and says my name should have been POPCORN as I act like a kernel of corn in hot oil about to POP the way I hop and skip all over the place!  I love all kinds of people including kids to play with.  I am just a sweet little girl looking for her furever home to play and romp in, be loved and spoiled! 

Because I am do young they are recommending I only go to a family who has the time, patience, and committment to help me thru my puppy phase in life.

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $200, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
