ADOPTION PENDING!!! Charlie Brown is an adorable and very sweet Shih Tzu pup who is approximately 1-1/2 to 2 years old and weighs about 13.5 lbs. Charlie found himself at a local shelter as a stray and no one came to claim him. He was very matted and dirty. He loves people and other pups. Charlie is 98% housetrained and crate trained.
