You will be mesmerized by little Casey’s eyes when you see him in person!  This beautiful boy is just a sweet as they come.  Poor thing was rescued from a back road where he was dumped and left to starve and fend for himself.   It’s unimaginable how someone could be so cruel to abandon him like that because he’s truly one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet and has the personality to match.  Casey is a lab/shepherd mix, approx. one year old, weighs 44 lbs and is considered full grown.  He's current on all of his shots, microchipped and scheduled to be neutered soon.  He’s heartworm positive, has been started on the slow kill method, is doing great and expected to be just as healthy and happy as any other dog.  Casey’s quickly learning to walk on a leash, and is in the process of being crate-trained and house-trained (which is already going really well).  He gets along great with everyone, dogs, cats, children, and even vets, too!  Casey is loving and playful and just an all around happy boy.  He’s a joy to be around and oftentimes I find him curled up at my feet while I’m on the computer.  This sweet boy is going to make some lucky family a wonderful, lifelong companion where he will adore you just as much as you adore him.  Will you be the one to give him his forever home where this time forever really means forever, never to be abandoned again?  If you’d like to find out more about sweet little Casey, please call or email Christye at (214) 577-9504 or christyedavis62@yahoo.com.
